Is this really free?

Yes. The initial 30-minute working session and the written summary that follows are at no cost and no obligation. If we move to a scoped engagement after that, it will be clearly priced.

How do you make money?

From our clients — directly. We do not accept vendor commissions, referral fees, or rebates on solutions we recommend. Our incentives are aligned to your outcomes, not the deal size.

Do you work outside Dallas?

Yes. We're headquartered in Dallas and serve mid-market clients across North America. Many engagements run remotely, with on-site time where it adds value.

What size companies do you serve?

Our sweet spot is mid-market — typically $25M–$500M in revenue and 150–2,500 employees. We occasionally work with larger or smaller organizations when the fit is right.
